Our charter and commitments on privacy, data, AI use, environmental and social responsibility, and modern slavery. CXBridge Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 16993177.
We will not work with any organisation that intends to use our services to reduce headcount. We offer a 40% discount to registered charities and social enterprises, and to local small businesses with fewer than 10 employees, because access to good strategic advice shouldn't depend on budget size.
We will share difficult findings without softening them to protect the relationship. That includes telling you when your current approach is the problem, when your timeline is unrealistic, or when the technology isn't ready for what you're trying to do.
We hold ISO 42001 Lead Implementor certification and operate to the same AI governance standards we recommend to clients. Our frameworks, policies, and governance documentation are available for inspection. We don't ask you to trust our credentials: we show them.
CXBridge Ltd ("CXBridge", "we", "us") is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it. CXBridge is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) as a data controller.
We process personal data on the basis of legitimate interest (responding to business enquiries), contractual necessity (delivering services), and legal obligation where applicable. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Conversations with Bridget are processed via Anthropic's API and may be stored for service improvement purposes. Bridget is designed to capture contact details when you indicate interest in speaking with us. By using the chat, you consent to this processing. You can request deletion of your conversation data at any time by emailing info@cxbridge.co.uk.
We retain contact and enquiry data for up to 24 months from last contact. Client engagement data is retained for 6 years in line with contractual and legal obligations. You may request deletion at any time for data held on the basis of legitimate interest.
We use a small number of third-party services: Anthropic (AI processing), Google Analytics (website analytics), and Netlify (website hosting). We do not sell personal data. We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data controller: Damian Copeland, CXBridge Ltd, 75 Gargrave Rd, Skipton, BD23 1QN. Email: info@cxbridge.co.uk.
CXBridge exists to help organisations close the gulf between intent and implementation. That principle applies to our own business as much as it does to our clients'.
CXBridge is a service business with a minimal direct environmental footprint. We operate remotely by default, reducing travel-related emissions. We do not maintain physical premises, manufacturing operations, or a supply chain with significant environmental impact. Where travel to client sites is required, we favour rail over air.
We are conscious that AI tooling carries an energy cost. We use AI in our work deliberately and proportionately, not by default, and we factor energy and environmental considerations into the AI use assessments we provide to clients.
CXBridge is built on a people-first operating philosophy. Our methodology does not treat headcount reduction as an outcome. If a client's primary objective is using AI to cut staff, we do not take the engagement. That position is non-negotiable and is stated publicly.
We actively welcome work with charities, social enterprises, and mission-driven organisations. Commercial viability is not a prerequisite for engagement. Where scope and resource allow, we will discuss reduced or flexible fee structures for organisations working in the public interest.
We are committed to fair, respectful, and inclusive working practices in all client and supplier relationships.
CXBridge operates to the standards we recommend to clients. Damian Copeland holds an ISO 42001 Lead Implementor qualification and applies that framework to CXBridge's own use of AI, including the Bridget assistant on this website. We maintain a live AI governance framework, a risk register, and an AI use policy, all of which are reviewed regularly.
Damian Copeland serves as the named Data Protection Officer, registered with the ICO. CXBridge is registered in England and Wales, company number 16993177, and meets all statutory filing and compliance obligations.
As CXBridge grows, we intend to formalise these commitments further, including publishing carbon data, expanding our pro bono and reduced-fee work, and developing a supplier code of conduct as associate relationships are established.
CXBridge uses AI tools in the delivery of our services and the operation of our business. This policy sets out how we use AI, what oversight we apply, and what clients can expect.
All AI-assisted outputs are actively challenged by Damian Copeland before being shared with clients. That means interrogating the analysis, testing assumptions, and applying 27 years of operational experience to what the AI surfaces. No AI-generated content reaches a client without that process. AI accelerates analysis and surfaces patterns; professional judgement determines what to do with them.
Bridget operates within a defined system prompt and a fixed knowledge boundary. She does not have access to client data, internal systems, or confidential information. Her conversations may be stored for service improvement purposes, as disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
CXBridge classifies its internal AI use under the EU AI Act framework, informed by Damian Copeland's ISO 42001 Lead Implementor qualification. Current tools are classified as limited or minimal risk. Any change in tooling that would alter this classification triggers a formal review.
Where AI tools are used in client work, this is disclosed at the outset of the engagement. Clients retain full ownership of any outputs produced during an engagement. We do not use client data to train AI models or share it with third-party AI providers beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
This policy is reviewed quarterly. Questions about our AI use can be directed to info@cxbridge.co.uk.
This statement is made by CXBridge Ltd in the spirit of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. CXBridge's annual turnover is below the statutory threshold that requires a mandatory statement, but we publish this voluntarily as a matter of principle and in recognition that clients, particularly in the PE and enterprise sector, expect it.
CXBridge Ltd is a consultancy specialising in customer experience, AI integration, and operating models. We are a small business operating in the United Kingdom, with no manufacturing operations, physical supply chain, or offshore delivery.
Our supply chain is minimal. It consists primarily of software and platform providers (listed in our Privacy Policy), professional services suppliers, and any associates engaged on a contract basis. We do not use labour agencies or offshore staffing arrangements.
Given the nature and scale of our business, formal supply chain audits are not currently proportionate. We conduct basic due diligence on new supplier and associate relationships and will formalise this process as the business grows.
Any concerns regarding modern slavery or labour practices in connection with CXBridge should be directed to Damian Copeland at info@cxbridge.co.uk.
